Black Celebration's ("Black Celebration" "we" "us") website ("site" or "website") and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of Use & Service, and any other rules posted on our site. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.blackcelebrationstore.com.

Any personal information given to Black Celebration will be treated with full respect to your privacy. We guarantee that the information you enter will not be disclosed to any outside organization or third party.

If you register for our newsletter we will be contacting you with information on new products, features or special promotions. You can unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time.

Pricing Policy

Prices shown on the Black Celebration site are in Euros and all purchases are charged in Euros ONLY. Please be aware that all currency conversions are indicative and approximate and are shown on the site in order to make your shopping experience easier.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 19%, unless you have selected to ship to a non-EU destination. In that case, the VAT will be deducted automatically before you confirm your order at check out.

Customers shipping to a non- EU destination will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Black Celebration is not responsible for any additional duties/taxes incurred by your country, so please check with your local Customs for any restrictions and charges. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced directly to the recipient by local authorities. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

Please note that your bank and/or credit card company may charge you a currency conversion fee. It is recommended that you check with your banking institution for any fees that may incur prior to placing your order as we are not responsible for any additional fees charged to you by any third party.

All content within the site and its copyright are all owned by Black Celebration Ltd. This includes all graphic images, logo, price information, pictures and text.

Images and graphics have been created in house and/or have been obtained with permission to be used by Black Celebration.

Nothing within the site may be copied and/or used without Black Celebration’s prior consent. Any unauthorized use of any of the above shall result in copyright infringement.

Placing an order

Shopping directly at www.blackcelebrationstore.com provides you with a constant access to our full range of items, including all of our sales items from previous seasons.

1. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and click on the ADD TO BAG button. You can use the “X” button on the right side of each item in your bag, to delete items from your bag.
2. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the SHOPPING BAG link at the top of the page.
3. Click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to complete your order

If you have already registered with us before, simply sign in with your email address and the password you have created.

Check Out & Payment

Black Celebration currently accepts payments only via Paypal. When you check out you will be automatically directed to the Paypal site to proceed with the payment. Once you check that the details required by Paypal are correct, you will be directed back to the Black Celebration check-out page to confirm your order.

Since we do not guarantee that all items available at the site are in stock at the time of your order, your purchase is not completed until you receive a confirmation email from Black Celebration.

Please note that when you complete your check out, the payment amount is only HELD by Paypal, until we confirm that the items you want to purchase are available. You can check this by logging in your Paypal account, where your payment to Black Celebration will be shown as “Pending”.

If one or more items are not available when your order is being processed, you will not be charged for them and you will be notified accordingly by email.

Acceptance of your Order

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

We reserve the right to refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Order processing

All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 12 pm (EET) will be processed and shipped within 48 hours (subject to payment clearance and stock availability). Orders placed after 12 pm (EET) will begin processing the next business day.

All orders are processed and sent out from Nicosia, Cyprus, EU.

Once your order is processed you will receive an Order Confirmation email.

After the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can keep track of your parcel.

Sale

Sale items can be returned within 5 working days from the day the parcel has been received by the designated recipient.

Black Celebration offers a sale price adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Adjustments must be claimed within 7 days of sale start date. Sale price adjustments will be credited to your Black Celebration account in the form of a store credit. We do not offer price adjustments on items originally purchased on sale, or on special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.

Final Sale items cannot be exchanged nor refunded. Please make sure that the Final Sale item you are buying is suitable in size and fit because no exceptions will be offered.

Black Celebration does not offer a final sale price adjustment.

Pre-Orders

In some cases, you can reserve articles in advance of their delivery date, but you should have in mind that they will arrive in-store (and subsequently delivered to you) a few months later.

Payment of pre-ordered goods is taken in two parts: 50% in advance and 50% when the item is ready to be dispatched to you.

Once you contact us with your request, you should expect a pre-order confirmation which will also state the expected delivery date. If you agree, you will be sent a down-payment request via Paypal and once payment is completed, you will receive the receipt.

Once the item is delivered at our premises and we are ready to dispatch it to your given address, you will be sent another payment request via Paypal to complete your order and enable your item to be sent.

The delivery dates are indicative and given to us by the designers. Black Celebration bears no responsibility for any delays that may occur in regards to the delivery of your order in store.

Pre-ordered goods can be returned for store credit or exchanged, but not refunded. Downpayments are not refundable either, but they can be exchanged for store credit.

Special Orders

If you want to place an order for a piece that is not available in our stock (eg it has sold out or you need a different size), you can contact us at info@blackcelebrationstore.com and we will let you know if we can help you acquire it. Delivery dates of special orders are given to Black Celebration by the designer and will be discussed with you before you agree to the order.

Custom-made Orders

Custom-made Orders are processed as Special Orders however, requests for returns, exchanges and/or refund of Custom-made Orders are not accepted. If, for any reason, you decline completing the second instalment of your payment, your downpayment is non-refundable, nor can it be exchanged with store credit.

Shipping Policy

Shipping methods – Domestic, EU & International

Black Celebration offers two shipping options:

FedEx which aims at delivering your order within 3 business days.

EMS/DATAPOST Service which aims at safely delivering your order within 12 business days.

After your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number so you can keep track of your shipment.

Shipping restrictions

Once Black Celebration has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.

Import Taxes & Duties (Non-European Destinations)

Black Celebration is not responsible for any import duties and taxes charged by the recipient’s local authorities.

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on all clothing, shoes and accessories from the MEN and WOMEN sections of the site, in case you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Items from THE COLLECTOR and HOME OBJECTS sections cannot be returned nor exchanged.

You may request the exchange or refund of any of your purchases within 5 working days, beginning at the reception of the parcel by you. Returned items must be delivered to Black Celebration in their original shape and package, with all tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice. Any returned items that are not accompanied by the copy of your original invoice will not be accepted. Returns received after the 5 working days time frame are accepted at the discretion of Black Celebration and can only be refunded with a store credit note which can be used online or in store.

Black Celebration will only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. If you want to exchange it with a different item you must place this as a new order. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the garment does not have all its original packaging, labels, and tags, and if we deem the garment to have been worn or damaged.

If you would like to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's Paypal account for the sum paid, minus any taxes and duties and minus the postal costs. It is advisable to send returned items by registered post or any other trusted courier service. You are strongly advised to keep your receipt and ask for a tracking number, as Black Celebration cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transport.

Black Celebration reserves the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense, whilst a refund or exchange cannot be granted. For any questions or concerns regarding returns or exchanges, please email us to info@blackcelebrationstore.com.

Please note that postal and customs charges for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility.

Sale items can be returned within 5 working days from the day the parcel has been received by the designated recipient.

How to process an exchange /refund request

If you are registered

1. Go to your ACCOUNT on the Black Celebration website.
2. Click on MY ORDERS.
3. Select the order you want to view and click on “VIEW THE ORDER”.
4. At the right-hand bottom of the page, click on the link to “MAKE AN ENQUIRY/REQUEST REGARDING THIS ORDER”
5. Choose your REQUEST TYPE from the drop down menu.
6. In the available space, enter the details of your request with a brief explanation regarding your exchange/refund request, as well as the returned item’s style number
7. SUBMIT it.

If you are not registered

1. Click on the “MAKE AN ENQUIRY/REQUEST REGARDING THIS ORDER” link you find at the bottom of the first email you receive from Black Celebration after placing your order. You will then be directed to an electronic form.
2. Fill the necessary fields and choose your REQUEST TYPE from the drop down menu.
3. In the available space enter the details of your request, a brief explanation regarding your exchange/refund, as well as the returned item’s style number.
4. SUBMIT it.

We will email you with all the necessary information in regards to your request within 48 hours after we receive it.

After a refund is completed, you will also receive a relevant email from Paypal.

In the case of an exchange, do not forget to include the details of the new item you want to make sure of its availability. Upon the acceptance of your exchange, please send the package to the address below:

FAQ

Why register

Registration is free and only you will have access to your account. By registering you can keep track of all your orders (previous and current), request your return or exchange directly from your account, keep and/or edit your address, receive Black Celebration offers and sales news, ahead of the rest.

I have forgotten my login and/or my password

Your login is your email address. Click on «my account» link and then on «FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?» Your password will be sent to your e-mail address.

How can I edit the information of my account?

At any time, you can edit all the information relative to your account - sign in and click on the «EDIT» button. Don't forget to save your modifications by clicking on the “SAVE” button.

Sizing information

Sizing varies amongst designers. To help you choose the best size, you'll find the following information on every product page (if applicable):

  • A link to a size conversion chart to help you convert international sizes.
  • The description of each item usually includes information on how the item fits and whether it runs true, small or large to size.
